The Circle Toolbar contains three shortcut type tools:  Circle and Ring and the Star tool

The circle and ring objects can be created using other tools, however this method is quick and convenient.

The Star tool produces shapes that are not possible to reproduce by any other method so it is extremely useful when creating candlewick or very small 5 and 7 point stars. The star tool makes a beautiful dot for small letter 'i'.
